Rio de Janeiro, Tennessee,
San Francisco, Tripoli
Nagasaki, Muscat and Hong Kong,
Mississippi, Rangoon, Chittagong

Düsseldorf, Delhi, Colorado,
Copenhagen, Oslo, Mexico,
Mozambique, Accra, Delaware,
Orinoco, Fiji, Finisterre

And in the UK, odd names you'll see -
Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Wookery.
